| Minimum Qualifications |
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-4 years collegiate dance experience, membership or coaching experience. Perform all job duties in accordance with NCAA, Conference and University rules, regulations, process, procedure and guidelines.

| Position Purpose |
To support the mission and values of the department and the OU Dance Team by coaching the team at events, games and appearances; demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Ability to work nights, weekends and some holidays. This position is highly focused on the game day aspect of the dance team.

| Job Duties |
Assist with weekly operations and behind the scenes planning for the team. Attend events including but not limited to practice, appearances, clinics and fundraising efforts. Attend athletic events where the team will be performing. Assist with game day routines, sidelines, etc. Work closely with head coach and training staff regarding injury and return to play protocol.
