The Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach-Football will be responsible for the design and implementation of training protocols under the direction of the Director of Speed Strength and Conditioning for Football.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Design and implement training protocols (weight room and field work)
- Assist the athletic training staff in rehabilitation and injury prevention as needed
- Supervision of the training sessions
- Instruction of proper exercise technique, including Olympic lifting and sprinting mechanics
- Ensure safe operation and professional supervision of the strength conditioning facility
- Comply with all applicable NCAA rules and regulations

Minimum Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Preferred: Master’s Degree
Minimum Experience and Skill Requirements:
- Current NSCA CSCS Certification
- Current CPR Certification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience at the NCAA D1 level
- Have demonstrated understanding and strong commitment to cultural diversity.
- Have good communication skills.
- Have strong leadership skills.
- Have strong organizational skills.
Preferred Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
- 2 Years’ experience with Division 1 Football
