| Position Summary |
Must be at least a senior or enrolled in a Master’s Program at the University of Central Arkansas
- This role reports to the Director of Internal Operations on a daily basis
- This position provides opportunities for skill development in leadership, organization, communication, time management, event & operational management
- opportunity to gain hands on experience in the management of NCAA Division I athletic facilities
- Candidates will be involved in all phases of facility management, gameday management, as well as day-to-day operations of the athletic department

| Job Duties and Responsibilities |
- This is a physically active position; requires the ability to move quickly at times
- Develop, train, and oversee student-workers and interns to provide career-ready experiences
- Direct and coordinate facility set-up and breakdown for all athletic events, ensuring a smooth and professional environment
- Execute necessary Game Day Operations for assigned sports: Soccer, Football, Volleyball, Football, Basketball, Baseball & Softball
- Coordinate with pre-event setup, event day management, post-event tear down for various sports & events
- Work Conditions – Be able to lift 50lbs
- Represent the University & Athletic Department with integrity at all times
- Must be on time to assigned events & duties!
- Night & Weekend availability is required!
- Available for all home athletic events!
Compensation :

- Staff meals provided at some athletic events
