Position Summary

The Graduate Assistant for Softball Operations (Graduate Assistant) is a non-coaching position that is responsible for duties including, but not limited to, all aspects of day-to-day functions for the UIW Women’s Softball team. The Graduate Assistant for Softball Operations reports to the Head Softball Coach.

This is a student position open to current UIW graduate students.

Essential Functions

• Handle team travel and meals.
• Assist with fundraising.
• Serve as the office manager.
• Assist Head Coach with game-day marketing and ticketing.
• Perform other jobs duties as assigned.

- Strong organizational and communication skills. - Self-starter and ability to work without supervision. - Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures. - Ability to work nights and weekends. - Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, the Conference, and the NCAA.

- Experience playing college sports. - Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Photoshop.

Must have a valid driver license, driving record that is insurable by UIW insurance carrier, and be at least 21 years of age, as required to drive for UIW. | | Work Hours |
