Position Summary: York University is seeking applicants for the position of Head Men’s and Women’s Golf Coach to begin recruiting for the Fall 2026 academic year. York University competes in the NAIA, and is a member of the Kansas Collegiate Athletics Conference (KCAC). The coach reports directly to the Athletic Director of the University.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree from an Accredited Institution.
- Firm commitment to the mission of York University.
- Christian Character displayed by:
- Positive interaction with students, especially student athletes.
- Christian attitude and behavior displayed during practice and competition.
- Representation of Christian principles toward campus constituents; including
faculty, staff, students, administration, board and local community.

- Experience in coaching golf, preferably at the collegiate level.
- Proven ability to recruit student-athletes and provide spiritual leadership.
- Ability to maintain a roster of 20 athletes.
- The ability to work within a budget outlined by the athletic department.
